Hamza Stone
Description: Here is the famous Hamza Stone, formed from igneous rock, and more or less perfectly sperical. It is said to hold magical powers, it will bring youthfullness to the old and fertility to the childless if touched. To this day it is worshipped by Turkish women as a granter of fertility. It is situated on the Giresun Adası, on a rocky promontory, and appears to balance precariously on these rocks.
Location: Giresun Adasi, Off the Black Sea Coast, Giresun, North Eastern Anatolia
