Merhaba arkadashlar,
I had this online coversation with a native Turkish speaker and my friend said:
Gidip arabayi bashka bir yere park etmem gerek.Oldugu yerde birakirsam ceza yazilmasi olanagi yuksektir. Hemen geri gelemeyebilirim, ama daha sonra sana bashka bir bilgisayardan yaziveririm..
Meaning:
I have to go and park the car somewhere else. If I leave it at that place there is a high possibility to get a written fine. I cannot(I might not be able to) come back immediately, but later it won't take me long/it will not be much trouble to write you some more from another computer
I have a problem here with gelemeyebilirim. If we used the verb gelmek it should be gelemem, if you used the verb gelmemek it should be gelmeyebilirim. So there is an extra "e" which cannot be explained. My friend said it is not a typo, but the extra "e" has a subtle meaning of politenesss. However I found nothing relevant in my grammars.
Could any of the native speakers explain this, and perhaps provide some more examples?
Thank you.

as far as my grammar book says, 'olumsuz' (negative) form for ONLY! geniş zaman (aorist tense) can be done like that:
- gelemeyebilirim - i can't come
- yazamayabilirsin - you can't write
- söyleyemeyebilir - he can't say
for all the other tenses, negative form requires transformations, like:
- gelemem - i can't come (şimdiki zaman)
- gelemeyeceğim - i won't be able to come
- gelemedim - i couldn't come
(offf ı hope ı did no mistakes in making out all those forms. anyway i am sure about that geniş zaman peculiarity )

I'm not good with explanations but:
gelemeyebilirim - I may not be able to come
yazamayabilirsin - you may not be able to write
söyleyemeyebilir - s/he may not be able to say

Look at Ayla's translations, they are ok.
Ability and possibility are some different.
Gelmem: I don't come (never)/(I won't come)
Gelemem: I can't come (no possibility or no ability)
Gelmeyebilirim: I may not come (there is a possibility not to come: "I may come or I may not come, it depends on something")
Gelemeyebilirim: I may not be able to come (there is a possibility about my ability to come: "Maybe I can come or I can't, it depends on something")

"gelmeyebilirim" implies that I may come, perhaps I will not come. The possibility depends on the speaker's will. S/he isn't sure in advance.
Yarın okula gelmeyebilirim. Arkadaşlarla sinemaya gitmeyi düşÃ¼nüyoruz.
"gelemeyebilirim" implies that I may not be able to come. The possible inability doesn't depend on the speaker's will, but on circumstances. S/he wants to come.
Yarın okula gelemeyebilirim. Evde küçük kardeşime bakmak zorunda kalabilirim. Annem hastaneye gidecek.
