Mmmm - yes I think so. If all the conditions come from one person only I would be very careful - that's not love - that's control.

But if both people work out conditions that they are happy with that's probably fine.

i think so too! if relationship is bounded by so many one-sided conditions, that would be really psychologically and emotionally suffocating for the person it concerns right?

I certanily do Anna, I understand what you are saying. When one person lays down conditions, I feel that it is being possesive and controlling. Some people are not strong enough to stand up to that, so just take it. On the other hand if you are a strong person, I feel that is where the compromise comes in. They don't want you to do something, and you want to do it, so you meet in the middle. I wouldn't be bullied by a man, nor on the other hand would I be a bully. Treat peole as you wish to be treated I think.
