how do we give advice in turkish like what are the phrases like for ex:
i would prefer you
it would be better if you....
i advise you to.......
it would be a good choice if.....
and also how do we ask for advice?
can you please give me some advics?
can you advise me?
etc......

But it is difficult to translate. Because structures of these languages are different. If these sentences were complete, It would be easy to translate.
For instance in English:
I´m going to *...
*... home?= Eve gidiyorum.
I´m going to **...
**...do my homework? = Ödevimi yapacağım.
I hope I could explained a bit

1. i would prefer (you didnt smoke)
1. (Sigara içmemeni) tercih ederim.
2. I advise you (to stop smoking)
2. (Sigarayı bırakmanı ) tavsiye ederim.
3. it would be a good choice (if you chose to not go there)
3. (Oraya gitmemeyi tercih edersen) bu iyi bir tercih olur.
4. can you (please) give me some advics?
4. (Rica etsem) bana biraz tavsiyede bulunabilir misiniz?
5. can you advise me?
5. Bana tavsiyede bulunabilir misin?
6. I need your advise.
6. Tavsiyenize ihtiyacım var.

ok that was a good thing but there some gramers i dont understand and i hope some one could explain it to me
first:
içmemeni--------içmek ok its mean (to drink) what next in this word
and also why u put (de) in this word (tawsiye) why dont i put (i)
and the last q :
is there any rule ito work with it in the turkish adice like english or it depends on ur skills in the languge

1.
to smoke- sigara içmek
(not) to smoke- sigara iç(me)mek
2.
about "can you advise me?"
we can translate "can you advise me" as "bana tavsiye eder misiniz?" instead of "bana tavsiyede bulunur musunuz?".
tavsiyede bulunmak and tavsiye etmek have same meaning.
